obtain the limited warranty service : For the product with technical defects and valid with GST invoice only.

Defects covered : purely technical like malfunctioning, not working etc..,

On what / for how long : on electronic products for 1 years.

Defects not covered : physical damage, wear and tear , water damage.

What will be done : replacement under warranty.

What will not be done : soil will not consider refurbished unit / refurbished purchase , warranty is not extended to replacements.


Warranty claim for sOil audio perfect products:

  1. Visit soil web / offline store www.soilstudio.in

  2. Fill up the warranty form and submit.

  3. Within 5 working days email with returning procedures will be sent to your mentioned email Id.

  4. You may call the customer support +91 8804 333377 (10 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday).


Other rights for sOil :

Soil reserves the right to refuse warranty service in case of absence of valid proof of purchase.

If the details shared is incomplete/ not eligible / fault in customer details the SOIL reserves the right to refuse "free of charge" warranty claim.

The warranty is non transferable and shall be the only solution of the purchaser. The soil or its service centers shall not be liable for the incidental / consequential damage or breach of any expressed or implied warranty of this product.

Right to extension or renewal is not be provided under the repair / replacement terms of warranty .

Warranty cover will be void if unauthorized service has been attempted by the user or any service centers other than sOil authorized centers.

When repairing or replacing a defective product sOil may use rebuilt, refurbished or reconditioned parts or components.

Shipping charges must be handled by the buyer in case the delivery destination is unavailable.
